Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Soni is hiring on behalf of our client looking for a Senior Manager of Pricing Strategy to drive pricing across a large residential real estate portfolio. This role combines financial modeling, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue and accelerate sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute home and portfolio-level pricing strategies Build and refine financial and scenario models Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform pricing decisions Create frameworks for pricing governance and promotional strategies Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to align on go-to-market plans Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders What We’re Looking For 7+ years in pricing, valuation, revenue management, or finance (real estate background preferred) Advanced financial modeling skills; Excel and BI tool experience a plus Strong knowledge of real estate valuation and market dynamics Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced certifications preferred Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
