Position: Scale operator.

Location: Guntersville, AL, 35976.

Duration: 3+ months chance of extension.

Available Shift timings (You must opt one)

Dayshift: 7:00 - 7:00 PM
Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description:

The Scale Operator is responsible for operating the scale in an accurate, efficient manner with superior customer service. As a Scale Operator, you will weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain; Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors. Be an involved/engaged member of a team. Maintain the general appearance of the facility to include scale room, office building, breakroom, etc. Ability to problem solve and make decision as needed. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to operate mobile equipment.
Comfortable working with heights around 30 feet.
Work in all weather conditions.
Lifting up to 50 Ibs.
