Email Production SpecialistResponsible for the end-to-end technical development and execution of global email and product notification campaigns that support key lifecycle, product, and event initiatives.Required:3-5 years of experience building and deploying email campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce, Zeta Global, or BrazeProficiency in HTML and CSS; familiarity with Javascript for email customizationStrong SQL skills for writing queries in Snowflake to support segmentation and reportingExperience supporting marketing automation workflowsDeep understanding of QA processes, localization, and email delivery best practicesStrong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot under tight deadlinesPreferred:Familiarity with internal Apple toolsFamiliarity with event and certification platforms (e.g., event management tools, certification portals)Knowledge of content management systems like Adobe Experience ManagerExperience documenting processes and operational workflows
