Jr Talent Sourcer (Contract)

The impact you’ll make Lam Research is looking for a driven and hard-working Sourcer with strong communication and collaboration skills. As a member of the US Talent Acquisition team, this role will focus on sourcing for top talent for various positions at Lam Research. You will drive sourcing strategy, identify market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components. The ideal candidate must be self-driven and able to successfully prioritize a book of critical open roles and pipelines. What you’ll do Partner closely and effectively with recruiting and hiring teams to develop, build and execute an effective talent sourcing strategy Ability to source and deliver highly qualified and diverse prospects using multiple tools and techniques for a variety of roles at all levels Ability to qualify and advocate for talent Build talent pipelines and maintain network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management and sourcing campaigns Maintain accurate and thorough documentation via the company’s CRM Who we’re looking for A minimum of 1 year of talent sourcing, human resources/talent acquisition experience Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills Able to exercise independent judgment and discretion Ability to build relationships Strong eye for talent and intuition for culture fit Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment Have a positive, “never give up” mentality when it comes to finding the best talent Agile and willing to work on a variety of positions and a variety of skill sets based on company demand Our commitment We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
