Regional Sales Manager

Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion within an assigned territory. This role manages existing customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and develops strategic sales plans to promote Chalmers suspension products and solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting virtual and in-person client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams such as engineering, production, and customer service. The Regional Sales Manager monitors regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and forecasts. This position also requires regular reporting on sales performance, participation in industry events (virtual or on-site as needed), and consistent collaboration with leadership to achieve regional and company-wide sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in regional or territory sales management, preferably in automotive, heavy-duty equipment, manufacturing, or industrial components. Strong skills in business development, account management, and customer relationship management, with the ability to build and sustain long-term partnerships. Ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals. Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain technical products to diverse audiences. Comfort working in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation, time management, and proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with CRM software and standard office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) to manage pipelines and reporting. Willingness to travel within the region as required for customer visits, trade shows, and onsite meetings. Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in sales and industrial markets will be considered. Knowledge of global or multi-region sales practices and an understanding of manufacturing or supply chain processes is an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
