Endocrinology Physician

NorthBay Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our growing team in Fairfield, California on a part-time basis. The Endocrinologist will diagnose, treat, and manage a broad spectrum of endocrine disorders, providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a wide range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, and metabolic diseases Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for patients with both common and complex endocrine conditions Provide consultative services for hospitalized patients as needed Perform and interpret endocrine-related procedures and diagnostic testing Collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Qualifications Education MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Endocrinology Fellowship Program Certification

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Endocrinology Licensure Current and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain) Experience Experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of endocrine disorders Expertise in managing both routine and complex endocrine conditions Experience with procedures and treatments such as thyroid biopsies, glucose tolerance testing, and hormone replacement therapies preferred Skills Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in endocrinology Expertise in managing diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, and related endocrine disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team Proficiency with electronic health records; experience with Cerner and/or Epic preferred Compensation & Benefits NorthBay Health offers a competitive compensation package for qualified candidates, including: W-2 employed position 0.7 FTE: $ 374,297 Guaranteed Salary Sign-on bonus: Up to $30,000 Relocation assistance: Up to $15,000 for eligible candidates Quality incentive opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Flexible part-time scheduling to support work-life balance Collaborative and supportive clinical environment Opportunities for professional growth within a respected, community-focused health system Our Culture & Values NorthBay Health team members exemplify our True North Values: Nurture Care Own It Respect Relationships Build Trust Hardwire Excellence These values guide our interactions with patients, families, colleagues, and the communities we serve.
