Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

Location: Kendallville Manor – Kendallville, IN

Kendallville Manor is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services designed to improve residents’ independence, functional abilities, and overall quality of life.

What You'll Do:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and establish measurable short- and long-term therapy goals.

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to support residents’ daily living skills and functional mobility.

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques and strategies that support continued progress and safety.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive resident care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.

What You'll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in the state of Indiana.

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes.

• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred, but not required.
