Kitchen Team Member (Overnight)

Position Title Kitchen Team Member Location Dash In - Concord, NC Status Full-time or Part-time Hourly Pay Rate $16.00 - $18.00 (+$1 for overnight shifts) Responsibilities Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality codes. Monitor prep levels and ensure freshness. Organize prep stations; restock and maintain cleanliness. Properly place incoming supplies. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and appearance. Deliver personalized guest experience. Operate food service equipment (deep fryers, slicers, etc.). Use proper lifting techniques for heavy containers (50-65 lbs). Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete company‑paid GED program). Minimum 1 year of food service experience; line cook or prep cook preferred. Flexible to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends. Authorized to work in United States and 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Active ServSafe certification or similar qualification. Tech‑savviness, familiarity with POS software. Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving skills.
