Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide sound legal counsel. Maintain meticulous case management records using legal case management systems. Requirements Experience in general and commercial litigation, with a preference for criminal law. Strong negotiation skills to facilitate favorable settlements. Proven ability to draft complex legal documents with excellent writing skills. Skilled in trial preparation techniques and developing courtroom strategies. Proficient in legal research tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw. Exceptional client communication skills to explain legal options clearly. Experience with legal administrative tasks and procedural compliance. Demonstrated capability in handling personal injury cases from inception through resolution. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia. Skills Extensive knowledge of procedural law. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
