Job Description

We are seeking out people-orientated individuals with customer support and has proven experience in sales with our crew of insurance experts and earn $35,000.00 annually PLUS earn as much as $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 in commissions (uncapped)!
If you've got got a desire to be successful and you have a sturdy sales background, then this is for you!

- Sales experience (preferred) with a successful track record of meeting sales targets
Additional Information
Responsibilities
- Establishing new customer relationships
- Identifying customer needs and recommending insurance plan options
- Marketing appropriate products and services and achieving specific sales goals
- Maintaining current customer relationships
- Responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications
Benefits

You will learn more about Farmers’ insurance products, sales processes, and marketing strategies. We require Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance licenses, but don’t worry, if you do not have these licenses, we will help you obtain them!
- $35,000.00 Base Salary!
- Annual commission of up to $60,000.00 or more!
- $4,000.00 Protege Program Graduation Bonus
- Full training - marketing, sales, staffing, customer service, and insurance knowledge
