Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs to create personalized therapy plans.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and independence.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing support.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with facility policies, including bringing proper identification and wearing a photo badge at all times.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe therapy environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state or federal occupational therapy license.
  
  
• 
  Possess current CPR certification.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Have the ability to perform detailed patient assessments and adapt treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Maintain professional liability insurance if required by licensing board.
