CNC Machinist

Position Overview:
As a CNC Machinist, you will be a vital part of our client's production team, responsible for machine setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC equipment. Your expertise will ensure the manufacturing of high-quality parts in compliance with strict quality and ISO standards. This role provides an engaging and fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with machine setup and calibration to ensure precision and efficiency

• Operate CNC machinery to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications

• Maintain tooling and perform routine machine maintenance

• Inspect finished products and components, identifying any defects, variations, or quality issues

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing standards

• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 0–2 years of machining experience preferred

• Knowledge of machining principles, manufacturing processes, and basic GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately

• Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail skills

• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Capable of pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs. and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to work in and adapt to a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
