Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
• Background in schools, healthcare, or pediatric settings highly desirable
• Experience providing therapy to K-12 students strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy and assessments for a diverse caseload of K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students’ needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and relevant reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Travel between three local school campuses as part of your weekly schedule

Position Details and Benefits:

• Contract duration: August 12, 2026 – May 26, 2027
• Competitive compensation at $50 per hour
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday schedule
