Are you passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities? We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to support our client in the Nashville area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to make an immediate impact while building a long-term career.

• Nashville, TN (On-Site)
• $30-$35 per hour
• Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional and administrative positions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple recruiting channels
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Coordinate interviews and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate records and track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
• Extend offers, facilitate pre-employment processes, and support onboarding efforts
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources experience
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
