Registered NurseSpecialty: Emergency Room (ER)Schedule:Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (11:00 - 23:00)Job Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Room. The incumbent will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This role requires proficient clinical skills and the ability to manage acute and critical care situations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and care provided.Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate and deliver optimal patient care.Educate patients and their families regarding disease processes, treatment plans, and health maintenance.Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment in accordance with established protocols.Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) license or conditional license in hand, valid in the state of Massachusetts.Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP.Experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work as part of a team and independently.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Client Details State MA
