Senior Army Acquisition and Contracts Management Lead Location : Fort Belvoir, Virginia | Clearance : Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility Position Summary We are seeking a senior acquisition professional to lead acquisition planning, procurement package development, contract administration, and cross functional coordination for a prospective Army cyber program. This position helps move mission requirements into funded, executable acquisition actions. What You Will Do Support the acquisition lifecycle from mission need through planning, solicitation, award, execution, modification, and sustainment. Develop and quality check acquisition strategies, plans, PWSs, SOWs, SOOs, IGCEs, market research, evaluation documentation, and procurement packages. Translate technical and operational requirements into clear, acquisition ready products. Coordinate program, contracting, legal, financial, security, engineering, logistics, and operational inputs. Track milestones, periods of performance, options, modifications, funding, deliverables, dependencies, Government decisions, and Government furnished requirements. Align acquisition actions with Agile product backlogs, delivery increments, release plans, and recurring Government feedback. Use Government approved AI, automation, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI capabilities where available to improve research, drafting, package quality, workflow tracking, reporting, and cycle time while maintaining human review. Required Qualifications U.S. citizenship, active Top Secret clearance, and eligibility for SCI access. Eight or more years of directly relevant federal acquisition or contracts management experience. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent additional professional experience. Experience supporting Army, Department of War, or comparable national security acquisition programs. Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, AFARS, services acquisition, and Army acquisition processes. Experience developing and coordinating acquisition strategies, requirements packages, cost estimates, market research, evaluation products, and contract actions. CFCM, CPCM, current or former DAWIA Contracting Professional, FAC-C Professional, or comparable federal acquisition qualification. Preferred Qualifications Army or broader Department of War experience supporting Offensive Cyberspace Operations, Defensive Cyberspace Operations, cyber capability development, or related mission programs. Cyber, software intensive, cloud, data, or emerging technology acquisition experience. Experience applying Agile acquisition practices, workflow automation, analytics, or approved AI tools to improve acquisition execution.
