Senior Java DeveloperImmediate need for a talented Senior Java Developer. This is a 11+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).Job ID:26-25583 Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Primary Skill- Spring MVCExperience working on high volume applications· Experience in server side frameworks like Spring MVCExperienced with the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Integration, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPAGood understanding of SOAP web services and related standards like REST/JSONExperience building restful web services5+ years of hands-on software development experienceWorking knowledge for front end technologies like handlebars, foundation, and reactJSXML and JSON binding libraries (jaxb, Jackson, gson, etc)Unit Tests – JunitExperience with GIT, Maven, Nexus, Eclipse (or equivalent IDE)Experience with GIT distributed version control, branching/merge strategies, and BitbucketExperience with monitoring toolset like Client, DynatraceFamiliarity with MQ (Websphere MQ or ActiveMQ)Experience in performance tuning with good understanding JVM internalsExperience with groovyExperience in Object-oriented programming and conceptsExperienced in Distributed System development using Java/J2EE/Web Technologies Conversant in Java design patternsLooking for Basic knowledge of AI agents and using AI for code reviews and writingBachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related fieldExposure to Agile MethodologiesAbility to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and managementGood interpersonal communication skills for tech and business conversations – ability to work in a collaborative/team environmentGood analytical skills to break down requirements, solve complex problemsProvide feedback in code reviews for improvementsBring improvement ideas to the team and be capable of driving the execution/implementationOur client is a leading Banking Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
