Responsibilities

Support quality assurance activities in series production. Participate in QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) meetings and daily quality reviews. Monitor, analyze, and report key quality KPIs. Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, defects, and improvement opportunities. Support root cause analysis using 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, and 8D methodologies. Assist in implementing and validating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Track the effectiveness of improvement actions and support defect reduction initiatives. Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, and other cross-functional teams. Support rapid containment of production quality issues through QRQC methodology. Maintain quality documentation, records, and visual management tools. Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. Support projects focused on reducing scrap, rework, and customer-impacting defects.

Requirements

Basic understanding of quality assurance principles in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, 8D, CAPA). Analytical skills with the ability to interpret production and quality data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field. Fluent English (written and spoken).
