Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work as Multimodality Tech performing both X-Ray and CT procedures in a hybrid dual-location role

• Schedule: Friday-Sunday with 2 days/1 night rotation

• Friday: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM at main campus in Orangeburg

• Saturday: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM at BBMP location

• Sunday: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM at BBMP location

• On-call rotation required among staff at BBMP only - must work if shifts are not filled when on call

• Perform CT scans and radiographic exams of designated anatomical areas

• Obtain patient history, explain procedures, and address patient concerns

• Work as 1 multimodality tech per 12-hour shift at BBMP (11-bed freestanding ER)

• Required certifications: ARRT (R) (CT), SCRQSA (R) (CT), BLS, CPR

• Must provide own radiation badge (agency must supply - facility does not provide)

• Minimum 1 year experience as registered Radiological Technologist with CT experience

• Must complete AMA approved radiological technology school

• Dress code: Black pants and teal top

• Use Epic charting system

• Free parking provided

• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)

• First-time travelers accepted

• Attendance policy: Missing more than 2 shifts per 13-week contract without documentation may result in contract cancellation

• Hurricane season emergency response team assignment possible June-November

The main campus features full hospital services while the secondary location provides emergency care with X-ray rooms, portable X-ray equipment, and CT scanning capabilities.
