Build strong client relationships that drive retention and generate sales opportunities. Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate, organized records of customer interactions. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Sales‑minded with a drive to exceed goals and grow with the agency. Previous customer service or sales experience preferred. Must hold – or be willing to obtain – Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses (full licensing support provided).
