We are committed to a culture that respects our differences and values the contributions of all people./ppPlease visit cantexcc.com for more information on this location./ppJob Summary:/ppThe purpose of the Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator is to provide support to the communities management in the areas of processing payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations./ph3Qualifications/h3pQualifications:/pulliA high school diploma is required, a college degree is preferred or equivalent coursework/liliPrevious experience within HR functions/liliKnowledge of various timekeeping systems preferred/liliExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees/liliExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written/liliExcellent organization and prioritizing skills/liliWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications/liliAbility to read, write, and speak the English language/li/ulh3Essential Functions:/h3ulliReview employee timecards daily for accuracy and transmit timecards bi-weekly to payroll for processing/liliProcess all invoices for the community to Accounts payable/liliPrepare and maintain all employee personnel and payroll files assuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality/liliAssist in the management of all recruitment and retention efforts/liliAssist in the administration of annual benefits and performance evaluations/liliAssist employees with routine inquiries concerning payroll, benefits, personnel policies, employment openings/liliProvide support to managers in coaching and counseling employees/liliAssist in implementation of all company sponsored events/programs for employees/liliPromotes Committed to Excellence culture through the Community/liliAssist Administrator in conducting Right Start to Excellence orientation/liliAssist the Administrator and Director of Nursing in scheduling/coordinating continuing education as deemed necessary/liliInvestigate any grievance filed by an employee and recommend resolution/liliProcess all unemployment claims to TWC including hearings/liliFunction as a leader within the Community as a department head/liliResponsible for assuring patient/resident safety./liliOther duties as assigned by the Administrator/li/ulpWe are an Equal opportunity employer; We offer an excellent benefit plan to include 401K with match, CEU reimbursement, vacation, sick, holidays, medical, dental, and supplemental insurance Plans as well as a Highly competitive compensation package./p/div
