Job Title Psychiatrist/Outpatient Clinic/Independent Contractor Location West Palm Beach, FL About Us Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC. We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics. We provide comprehensive, full‑service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in‑person and virtual visits via a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board‑certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. Qualifications Candidate must be a MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine). Candidate must be a Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified Psychiatrist. Must have an active license in the State of Florida or be in the process of obtaining one. Candidates in the final year of their residency may also apply. Job Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions. Provide medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers. Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies. Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures. Stay current with advances in psychiatry through continuing education and professional development. Compensation and Benefits Compensation up to $300 per hour. Additional compensation as a collaborating physician (optional). Work Schedule: As an Independent Contractor, you will determine your working hours. Offices are open Monday–Thursday for in‑person and telehealth appointments. Availability to work via telemedicine Friday–Sunday. Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment, or fully remotely (100%) if a collaborating physician. E-Verify Notice HUPC participates in E‑Verify. We will provide required work‑authorization information via Form I‑9. This information is not used to pre‑screen applicants. Drug‑Free Workplace Policy Enforces a comprehensive drug‑free workplace policy. Prohibits use of illegal drugs and uncontrolled substances during work hours.
