Our team focuses on doing things the right way, maintaining professional job sites, and building projects we’re proud to stand behind. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction (decks, patios, outdoor structures, framing, or similar). 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a construction crew. Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Let’s create outdoor spaces that inspire and celebrate life—together. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly Responsibilities: Leading a small carpentry crew on residential outdoor living projects. Building custom decks, pergolas, covered patios, outdoor kitchens, and other outdoor structures. Reading and working from construction plans and project layouts. Ensuring projects are built safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Training and supporting crew members on proper carpentry techniques. Keeping the jobsite clean, organized, and professional. Communicating with the project manager to keep projects running smoothly. Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction (decks, patios, outdoor structures, framing, or similar). 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a residential construction crew. Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, including framing, decking, trim work, and structural connections. Ability to lay out projects accurately and ensure work meets design specifications. Familiarity with building codes and jobsite safety practices. Strong communication skills with crew members, project managers, and clients when needed. Ability to maintain productivity and quality standards on the jobsite. Skilled at delegating tasks and managing workflow. Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
