This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one

We are seeking an experienced CNC operator experience to set up and operate high-volume, multi-spindle production equipment.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multi-spindle, high-volume production machines (Acme, Wickman, Tornos, Davenport, Swiss, Hydromat)
• Perform offset changes, tooling changes, and machine adjustments during production runs
• Troubleshoot and perform minor machine repairs as needed
• Submit first-piece samples and documentation to Quality Control
• Set up tooling and verify correct part numbers
• Assist with tooling and setup issues as needed
• Ensure setups are approved and machines are ready for production
• Follow control plans and blueprint specifications to produce quality parts
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with Swiss or multi-spindle machines preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm
• Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)
