PT - Physical Therapist

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The Physical Therapy team assesses and treats patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature, addressing a variety of services in sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with physical mobility challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and goals Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required Ability to travel to multiple points of care Why ARMStaffing?
