The Porsche Assistant Service Manager at Mills Auto Group will be responsible for assisting with the management of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality.
Assist in overseeing daily operations of the service department
Provide support to service advisors and technicians
Handle customer inquiries and concerns
Ensure timely completion of service appointments
Previous experience in automotive service management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of Porsche vehicles and their service requirements
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
