Do you like the challenge of making it through a beast of a snow storm?

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WE ONLY WORK WHEN ITS SNOWING OR THERE IS FREEZING RAIN. This is a seasonal job. You must be available all winter season long.
***If you are a good fit we will keep you on in spring. We will be looking for Softscape Foremen and general labor.***
Duties
- Operate a skid steer, Pickup truck and plow, Snow Blower.
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and sidewalks
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snowfall or icy conditions
- Safely navigate plow truck and other equipment to effectively remove snow and ice
- Clear snow from designated areas, ensuring safe passage for vehicles and pedestrians
- Spread salt or other de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
```Experience```
- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
