Sr. Manager, Game Production (Meta) - Unpublished R&D Product

Producers at Riot lead passionate cross-functional teams to craft creative content and incredible experiences for our players. We guide development, remove obstacles and drive projects to completion while ensuring teams operate sustainability in a collaborative environment. As a Senior Manager, Game Production on an unpublished R&D project, you will partner with designers and engineers to develop systems that provide meaningful progression, deep strategic choices, and rewarding long-term engagement. You will be the custodian of strong delivery processes for Meta systems, ensuring they follow world class development practices and collaborate smoothly with other teams. You will instill confidence in stakeholders and the core development team as you track progress, deliver content/features, and support priorities and goals. Responsibilities: Drive the creation of product and feature roadmaps in collaboration with ICs and team leads from multiple disciplines for the next milestone / phase of the project / until launch Facilitate rituals, track progress and dependencies while instilling a culture of in-software results Provide clear and accurate visibility into project status and forecasts, enabling teams and stakeholders to make informed decisions Ensure psychological safety, healthy feedback culture, and conflict management within your team and between others Iterate on production processes to continuously improve our velocity, collaboration and visibility Mentor and manage other production members of the team Required Qualifications: 8+ years of professional experience as a game producer 4+ years in a leadership position, working directly on the production for games Experience leading teams through the entire lifecycle (prototype, discovery, delivery, live) Experience coordinating live games development and operations Deep experience in developing a wide variety of meta-systems including progression, social systems, matchmaking, etc. Experience managing development at the team-of-teams scale with 150+ developers, including internal and external contributors Experience defining external development strategies that scale production capacity while maintaining quality and creative alignment Experience managing multi-organization efforts requiring success through influence and craft Desired Qualifications: Experience with production tools like JIRA to track development and create reporting For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
