Technical Project CoordinatorProject ManagerProvidence, RIJO-1603-226Project Coordinator ResponsibilitiesThe project coordinator would work very closely with the lead Technical PM & Business Analysts using the standards put forth by PMO to build & execute project plans. They would enforce and report on the day to day basis taking direction from the lead PM. They would work very closely with the dev teams to execute the tasks outlined in the project plans / Agile Management tool. The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) & Project Director.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP's, tenders, budgets, project plansPrepare project organization and communication chartsEffectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the stakeholders and project teamKeep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact stakeholdersEffectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the stakeholders and project teamTravelThis position requires limited travel; 0-25%Qualifications and Requirements1-2 years of equivalent experienceProven experience in Software Development, specifically ERP, Financials, eCommerceKnowledge of Agile SDLC a plusComfortable working in a fast pace, fluid type of environmentStrong attention to detail
