Anesthesiologist

This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application. The St. Louis VA Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our growing Anesthesia Service in beautiful St. Louis, Missouri. Position Highlights Primary focus on cardiac anesthesia , including CABG, valve surgery, TAVR, and other complex cardiac procedures in an academic, team-based environment. Collaborative practice with surgeons, cardiologists, intensivists, and CRNAs to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based perioperative care. Participation in preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, postoperative care, and critical care as needed. Compensation and Benefits EDRP Authorized: Former EDRP participants ineligible to apply for incentive. Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases!
