Behavioral Health Services Aide

Panama City, FL | $15/hour base rate; pay may increase depending on relevant experience) | 2nd Shift

Our client, a leader in behavioral health and addiction recovery, is hiring a Behavioral Health Services Aide to support residents in a structured recovery program. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the healthcare or behavioral health field while making a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and support up to 10 male residents in a recovery focused environment
• Help ensure residents follow daily schedules, attend appointments, and stay on track with treatment goals
• Provide supervision, encouragement, and basic support during recovery
• Assist with life skills development and daily structure
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Document basic information and communicate with team members

Work Environment

• Small facility setting with a team oriented atmosphere
• Office based role with resident interaction
• Structured environment focused on drug and alcohol recovery
• Residents have already completed detox and are continuing treatment

Schedule

• 2nd shift: 2pm to 10pm
• Must be open to working alternating weekends

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Florida driver’s license (required for permanent placement)
• Strong people skills and ability to build trust
• Interest in behavioral health, recovery, or helping others
• Comfortable working with individuals recovering from addiction
• Basic computer skills
