Minimum Job Qualifications High School degree preferred but not required. Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence. Parking and/or university operations experience preferred. Customer Service experience Knowledge of The Ohio State University campus a plus. Flexible, willing to work multiple facility locations Essential Duties And Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees. Greet customers, responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, display a caring attitude, develop rapport with customers. Assists customers in elevaor lobbies & lanes. Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude. Additional duties as assigned. Non-Essential Duties And Responsibilities May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning tasks. Other special projects assignments to include events coverage OSU Stadium, Schottenstein Center, etc. Skills Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment. Must be able to work unsupervised. Ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness. Ability to handle challenging and, at times, emotionally charged situations.
