Software Engineer

1parkplace is a company which provides software, as a service, to the real estate industry. The primary focus of 1parkplace is to provide quality software, as a service, to the real estate agent to generate new leads through 1parkplaces’ home searching software. As a senior member of the 1parkplace application development team, your main responsibility will be the design and development of new applications as well as the expansion of functionality for existing products. This is a dynamic role that will be heavily involved in the entire Software Development Life Cycle and requires interaction with the entire organization. REQUIRED SKILLS: 3-5 years enterprise level development experience using C# and ASP.NET Familiar with creating and consuming WCF Web Services Experience with the ADO.NET Entity Framework Strong SQL skills including design, optimization, and stored procedure creation/modification Exposure to source control: Microsoft TFS and Subversion Strong analytical skills. Must be able to work through entire SDLC process with minimal direction. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to interact with all levels of the organization as well as customers.
