The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities for work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts!

We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Cedar Ridge Center in Sissonville, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $120,000, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap on earnings.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
  • Collaborating with other medical providers within the center.
  • Working with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a license as a registered nurse. They should be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program is required, along with passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are mandatory.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the candidate must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as job classification, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Some benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Salary Range

The posted salary range for this position is between $104,000 and $120,000 per year.
