Professional Development Specialist

Seeking a full-time remote Professional Development Specialist, the candidate will manage project planning and execution, develop high-quality training experiences, and collaborate across teams to enhance professional learning for educators. Key responsibilities Support the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation Design engaging learning experiences across various formats, ensuring alignment with educator needs and industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective training programs, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least 3+ years of PreK-12 classroom teaching experience A minimum of 2+ years of experience designing and facilitating professional development sessions for PreK-12 educators Proven knowledge of adult learning principles and experience applying them in learning experiences Experience with mCLASS DIBELS 8th Edition or Lectura programs Strong proficiency with instructional design tools and technology-based productivity tools
