Point of Care Laboratory Coordinator

Job Summary and Qualifications Parkridge Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Point of Care Laboratory Coordinator. What you will do in this role: Provide appropriate customer service to all patients, visitors, physicians, and co‑workers utilizing AIDET while showing courtesy, compassion, and respect. Partner with clinical staff in the design, development, and implementation of point‑of‑care (POC) policies and procedures. Audit all testing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations and other accrediting bodies. Evaluate and recommend POCT methodologies and equipment. Perform method validation for POCT. What qualifications you will need: Bachelor’s degree required; graduation from an NCCLS accredited Medical Technology program. 5 years clinical experience required.
