Overview Work with 1 recruiter from start to finish on every assignment Local and non‑local positions available Competitive hourly rate plus tax‑free stipend (if applicable) No pay cuts mid‑contract Referral bonus (up to $1000 per referral) License reimbursement for travel to a state that requires a new license Choose assignments at partner facilities across the country Responsibilities Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. Provides direct care and delegates and supervises all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates clinical competence, manages patient care, improves quality of care, establishes professional relationships, utilizes professional skills, fulfills hospital responsibilities, and develops clinical expertise per specialty. Supervises the following positions: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs. Location Details Chesterfield, Missouri – 25 minutes west of St. Louis, offers suburban charm with convenient city access. The community hosts top‑tier healthcare facilities and provides shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation. It is an ideal setting for professional growth and personal enjoyment. Minimum Qualifications Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required. Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor required. Current, valid, and active driver’s license required. Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation. Additional Qualifications/Skills 1 year acute care experience strongly preferred. Professional image projection. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills. Independent decision‑making when appropriate. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in nursing jobs. Freedom from illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace. Certificates, Licensures, Registrations Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required. Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor required. Current, valid, and active driver’s license required. Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (ex ACLS, PALS, NRP). Vaccinations and Screening Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening. Some states and locations may have different vaccine or screening requirements.
