What the job entails Removing existing products from shelves and placing product on a mover for new locations Setting shelves, peg hooks, shelf strips, price labels, and signage Stocking merchandise according to a planogram Assisting with building and/or moving store fixtures Traveling from job location to job location on a regular basis Working a two‑week on/one‑week off schedule Working hours: 8:00am to 8:00pm Qualifications Experience with merchandising and remodels in a retail store environment Proven ability to work with a team and meet deadlines Desire and ability to travel; personal, reliable transportation required Reliability and commitment to assigned hours per project schedule Minimum age 18 years old Ability to stand comfortably for prolonged periods and lift up to 35pounds Pass national background check and random drug screenings Valid government‑issued identification Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teammates Benefits Competitive wages Hotels paid while on the job Mileage reimbursement per company policy Health, vision, dental, and life benefits after 90 days 401(k) with 4% company match at one year of employment Career advancement opportunities for motivated individuals Why DRM?
