One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring HVAC Install Helpers to join our team of skilled and energetic professionals!

As an HVAC Install Helper with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, you’ll support our skilled installers in residential HVAC installations , including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats, always treating customers with the utmost respect and attention . This role includes on-the-job training, shadowing, and continuous learning , while following workplace procedures and safety guidelines. As an HVAC Install Helper, you will:

• Assist HVAC installers with residential installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats

• Support equipment and parts upgrades as needed

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure accurate and efficient installations

• Follow all safety protocols and industry standards at all times

• Provide exceptional customer service and support the team in ensuring client satisfaction

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites and equipment

• Document work using ServiceTitan or similar software

We’re looking for helpers who bring:

• Some experience or training in HVAC installation or a related field

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to safety

• Customer-first mindset and team-oriented approach
