We are seeking a(an) Supervisor Respiratory Therapy for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Directs and coordinates the activities of Respiratory Care Practitioners. Assists the department director/manager with assignments of shift activities and follow-up to ensure that assignments are completed as ordered by the physicians. Provides and oversees delivery of respiratory care to neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients. May act as interim manager during absence of department director and manager. 

A. Education: 

• Associates degree required 

• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care preferred.

B. Experience: 

• 4 years RRT, 2 years supervisory experience preferred 

• Special Skills/Qualifications: Ability to listen, interact and communicate verbally and in writing

C.Licensure/certification/registration: 

• RRT w/NBRC, RCP license certified by TX and BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP required
