The position partners closely with content, product, and growth engineering to execute technical SEO audits, optimize site architecture, and manage high-ROI SEM campaigns. Key Responsibilities Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits and oversee site architecture, schema markup, core web vitals, and indexation Manage and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, optimizing bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and ad copy Collaborate with content teams to define keyword strategies, topic clusters, and on-page optimization guidelines Conduct thorough backlink analysis and execute digital PR and outreach strategies to build domain authority Own search analytics and attribution models, utilizing GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to report on traffic, rankings, and CAC Run rigorous A/B tests on landing pages, meta tags, and conversion funnels to drive continuous improvement in organic and paid conversion rates What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience in a fast-paced tech or agency environment with a proven track record of traffic and revenue growth Deep technical proficiency with modern SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio) Extensive experience managing significant paid search budgets with a strong grasp of ROAS, CPA, and attribution modeling Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate large datasets into actionable optimization strategies Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field Bonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, Python for marketing automation, or international search expansion #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
