The People Ops team champions Tenstreet's vibrant culture. They aim to approach individuals on the team holistically rather than a cog or resource in a machine. They’re enthralled with understanding the gifts, passions, abilities, potential and experiences of everyone on the team and connecting them to work that is both meaningful to them and creates value for others. *This is a hybrid position in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This Recruiter will focus onidentifying, introducing and bringingonnew team members asTenstreetcontinues to grow. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for: Recruiting and hiring remarkable candidates. Coordinating with internal team members and candidates to schedule interviews while being aware of business needs and prioritizing each schedule accordingly. Providing an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, orchestratingtheentireinterview process including reference checks. Source active and passive candidates thru Tenstreet referrals, networking and research. Communicating effectively with the interview teammembersto ensure preparedness, clarity on qualifications and trainingforeffectively interviewing candidates. Working closely with team leads and senior staff tofine tune each search to find candidates who willthrive,growingpersonally and professionally atTenstreet. Planning and attending career fairs along with other campus engagement events. Usinginternal systemsto coordinate the hiring process in tandem with other People Ops team members. Experience you may have: 1+ years of recruiting experience. You have effectively managedthecandidate relationship, providingstrong consultative skills in adynamicteam environment. You have experience interviewing people with the ability to unearth what motives them. You have a solid record ofinitiating connections withfantastic individualsand guiding them to employment.
