Be a Leader. Be a Difference Maker.

At our restaurant, Shift Leaders aren't just supervisors-they're hands-on leaders who set the tone for every shift. You'll lead by example, work side-by-side with your team, and ensure every guest walks out impressed.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and want to grow your career, this is your next step.

What You'll Do

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site

• Jump into every position-cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room-no task is too small

• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time

• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best

• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture

• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards

• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)

• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills

• Someone who leads by doing-not just directing

• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math and comfort using POS systems

Why You'll Love It Here

• Real growth opportunities-many leaders move into Assistant and General Manager roles

• Fast-paced, high-energy team environment

• Hands-on leadership experience every shift

• Be part of a brand that values quality, teamwork, and consistency

Work Environment

• On your feet, active, and engaged throughout your shift

• Work around hot equipment and in a busy kitchen setting

• Lift, move, and handle supplies as needed

Certifications

• Food safety certification (such as ServSafe) preferred
