We're now hiring shift leaders for Fitchburg Jersey Mikes. We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who want to  lead a winning team at our Jersey Mike’s store. If you enjoy working with people and love to develop others, we want you to help lead our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong customer service and lead by example
• Train and motivate team members
• Handle cash and ensure accuracy in all transactions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Lead shifts and set the tone for the team

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to hold yourself and others accountable
• Work closely with the Store Manager on daily operations
• Deep commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong work ethic and dedication to team success
• Must be 18 years of age or older
