Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.60 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue01:00 PM - 07:00 PMWed01:00 PM - 07:00 PMThur01:00 PM - 07:00 PMFri01:00 PM - 07:00 PMSat09:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information through required reports. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and or delivery areas in accordance with property policies, offering guidance and reporting concerns to property management or designated contacts. Support day-to-day operations by assisting with alarms, policy questions, and or tenant concerns while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be able to lift up to 20 lbs preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
