We'll teach you everything you need to know! Fast and friendly is what we need!Hours: Flexible schedule with all shifts available. Full time and part time needed. For Full Time Baristas we require open availability. For Part Time we are offering 15-20 hours per week. We are in need 1 part time morning and 1 part time evening. Sylvania location opening in January.Responsibilities:Greet and connect with each customerWelcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our productsSolicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashionManage cash drawer, following established cash handling proceduresServe all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelinesDeliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon deliveryOperate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipmentOptimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandiseMaintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areasDemonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer & fellow team membersRequirements:Passion for peopleAbility to work cooperatively in a team environmentCommitment to master brand recipes and techniquesDependabilityEnergetic, fast-paced, flexible work styleAbility to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple dutiesMust be at least 16 years old
