Come join our dynamic team of rehabilitation therapists and get the most out of your career as you Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Establish treatment goals, as well as develop and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based upon a full clinical evaluation. Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients. Treat residents one-on-one so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional-based treatment approach. Qualifications Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school. Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
