This position reports to the controller and will have visibility to several other key leaders. Our client is offering a very competitive compensation package, great benefits and room for advancement!Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.Prepare and reconcile general ledger, balance sheet, and bank accounts.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals.Prepare P&L statements and provide commentary to the controller and CFO.Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, partnering with internal teams to resolve outstanding balances.Process and apply customer cash receipts accurately and timely.Prepare financial analyses and supporting schedules for management.Identify process improvement opportunities and develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.4+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.Experience working with ERP systems.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. xhyhwjd Self-motivated with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
