This role is instrumental in leading, managing, and coordinating all phases of construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, including project planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Ensuring all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Developing and implementing project schedules and budgets, and monitoring progress to ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, and ensuring they understand and adhere to job site safety standards.
• Reviewing work progress on a daily basis and resolving any emerging issues.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Conducting regular safety inspections and meetings, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on safety management.
• A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing all phases of construction projects, from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to safety, with the ability to influence a positive safety culture.
• Valid certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training or similar is a plus.
