Job Description
Raw Rations Pet Food & Wellness in Sauk City, WI is looking for one retail shift lead to join our team. We are located at 759 Phillips Blvd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. This position will work on our retail floor with customers and also help to coach/manage other employees working that shift. Candidate will be required to work 1-2 weekends per month.

Train, coach, and develop employees
Delegate tasks to team members
Hold team accountable for their performance
Ensure team provides friendly and accurate service
Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
Develop a strong knowledge for pet nutrition and the ability to confidently make recommendations to customers
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused store
Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
Prior retail or managerial experience preferred
